isiXhosa translations

Hi there,

I'm working on a project with some folk in Cape Town, South Africa, and
we're looking to provide isiXhosa language translations on the site.

We would like to find out if there is an established process to adding a
language to Django itself? Do we just fork Django on github, and work on an
XH locale file? Then a pull request?

So your first step is to ask for the language creation on Transifex.
By the way, the Afrikaans translation needs work too :-)
